v May 05, 2012 - Outdoor Service will be held at Farley Hill. Dress - no jeans or T-shirts. Bus transportation will be provided. Members driving their cars are asked to give their car registration numbers to the Church Clerk so that you will not have to pay an entrance fee on Sabbath.
v May 12, 2012 - Mother's Day - Women's Ministries is responsible for the Divine Worship. All ladies are asked to attend a meeting immediately after service today by the organ to make arrangements for choir practice.
v June 3, 2012 - Graduation for the classes currently being held will take place on Sunday June 3, the proposed time is 3:30 in the afternoon. Further details will be given later and all church members are encouraged to attend.

v There will be no Sunday Night Service at Black Rock. All are invited to join the launch of the Great Controversy project at the Breath of Life Church.
v Wednesday Night Service continues this week at 7:15 pm. The topic for study will be Chapter 6 (Huss and Jerome) of the Great Controversy.
v Pastoral Office Hours will be on Wednesdays from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. All persons who desire consultation can book an appointment to see Pastor Hoyte and Pastoral Intern Allan Tull.
v Each member is encouraged to do his/her part to assist the church in reaching its goal in this year’s Ingathering Campaign. Letters, cards and other materials can be collected from Personal Ministries. We are encouraging each boy and girl to participate in the programme. A basic goal and super goal has been assigned to each age group. Each child reaching his or her basic goal will receive a special pin. Those who reach their super goal will receive a pin and a small token. The boy and girl collecting the most funds will receive a very special gift. Listed below are the goals for the children:

v February 26, 2012 - There will be a planning session for all Black Rock Department Leaders on Sunday 26th February from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Leaders are asked to come ready to present their Department's plans for the remainder of the year.
v March 04, 2012 - Advent Fellowship extends a warm invitation to their upcoming concert. Last year’s experience was uplifting and this one promises to be even more so. Tickets and further details may be obtained from Bro. Romario Straker.
v Pathfinder and Adventurer Leadership Summit - Sunday January 8, 2012. The venue for this Summit is the Seventh-day Adventist Primary School. Please make an extra special effort to be present and be on time. The starting time for the Summit is 9:00 a.m.
v The Great Controversy Project will commence on Wednesday 11th January, 2012. All members are asked to be present for our praise, prayer, fellowship and power hour. An exciting time awaits us.
v The National Convention will be held on January 14th 2012 at the Sir Garfield Sobers Gym. All members are expected to be present.
v The Ingathering Campaign begins January 21, 2012. Each member is encouraged to do his/ her part to assist the church to reach its goal. We look forward to your full support. Letters, cards and other materials can be collected from Personal Ministries.

v Hospital Ministries - Pastor Anthony Hoyte and Pastoral Intern Allan Tull will be conducting visits to the Psychiatric, Geriatric and Queen Elizabeth Hospitals on Wednesdays. Members who are admitted or members with family members who are admitted to any of these institutions and request a visit are asked to communicate this information to Elder Henderson Pinder. The deadline for the submission of information will be Tuesday Night.
